Why Rain-X total body protection? Rain-X Online Protectant is the newest protectant product from Ecolab's Vehicle Care Division. Designed for all wash packages, Rain-X Online Protectant is a complete surface protectant that repels water and delivers high shine and protection to multiple vehicle surfaces including plastics. While waxes and clear-coat conditioners also bead water off a vehicle and provide a certain level of protection from UV rays and harmful soiling, they are not as long-lasting as total car protectants. This option is a stand alone ala carte option and may not be used as one of the two Dee-Luxe ala carte option selections.
