During the month of November, the foundation was framed and 175 yards of concrete poured by Symonds Foundations.


Representatives of Mancini Electric have laid extensive pipe chases for future electrical wires.


Pine State Plumbing & Heating installed almost 10,000 linear feet of radiant heat tubes. That's 1.9 miles of floor heating tubes.

Brackett Floors poured 154 yards of concrete to complete the floor slab and exterior driveway aprons.


The Massengill daughters (Melissa who is 7 and Courtney who is 2) have to have their hands in everything.


A series of holding tanks and elaborate piping system is being installed by Risbara Brothers for the purpose of storm water retention. The Maine DEP requires that when construction is complete, the system installed has the ability to retain storm water runoff to pre-construction levels.


Just to give you an idea as to how large the storm water retention capacity really is, Melissa is just over 4' tall.


Risbara Brothers Construction associate Bill Weeks calls in additional crews to help prepare the site for the first snow storm of the season.



December 9, 2003 Hard to believe that less than 48 hours after more than a foot of snow fell on the site, Risbara worked round the clock to prepare the site so that Dayton Paving could lay the first course of asphalt.


Dayton Paving lays almost two dozen trucks of hot asphalt.

January 23, 2004 - Risbara Brothers has now installed the trusses over the 120' long wash tunnel. This morning's temperature was 7° F.

The first truck of equipment arrives from Hanna Car Wash Equipment out of Portland, Oregon some 3,500 miles west of here on Monday, February, 23, 2004.


The 120' tunnel is cleared to make room for the installation of new equipment.


The conveyor is installed in sections then welded together.


Joe from Autowash Maintenance helps to install the Hanna car washing equipment.


The extra tall soft cloth brushes allow vehicle exteriors to be cleaned up to 89” high.


SMR, Inc. Installed a Forest Green Englert Metal Roofing System over Tri-Flex 30 roofing underlayment.


Porter Drywall installs an EFIS system on the front exterior masonry block.
